Singer Olakira has revealed why he doesn’t pay tithe to the church despite being a Christian. The singer in a post shared on his Twitter page explained that he doesn’t give his 10% to the church but to people.
The hitmaker stated this while reacting to a post about Bishop Oyedepo who suspended 40 pastors in his church for not generating enough income for the church. Olakira explained that pastors are middlemen so he gives his money to actual people who are the church and not the building.

Godwin in a now-viral video seen said he was employed on the 28th of August, 2020 as a pastor in Living Faith Church. He claimed he was invited with about forty of his colleagues by the state pastor on July 1, 2021, and were all sacked over low income in their branches. Godwin, however, failed to mention the name of the state.
