A few days ago, a video about recent Grammy award winner, Cardi B shows her admitting that she drugged and robbed men surfaced online, many have demanded her arrest, claiming that she is no different from the likes of Bill Cosby and R Kelly. According to a lot of people, women don’t get punished enough, so we are going to be looking at female celebrities who have been to prison.
1. Paris Hilton:
This actress spent three days in jail for violating parole and driving without a license.
2. Lindsey Lohan: 
This actress has been in different troubles with the law mainly for drug possession and other offenses.
3. Michelle Rodriguez: 
The Fast and Furious actress was driving under the influence and was sent to jail for violating her probation.
4. Lil’ Kim: 
This rapper was in prison about over a year for lying to federal authorities about her friends who were involved in a shooting
5. Lauryn Hill: 
The rapper was found guilty for tax evasion by trying to hide 8 million dollars.
6. Ibinabo Fiberesima:
In 2009 this Nollywood actress was charged for manslaughter and reckless driving after she accidentally killed a certain Giwa Suraj in 2006 but was granted a 2 million naira bail.
7. Rabi Ismail: 
In 2005, this actress was convicted of murder and sentenced to death by hanging for murdering her boyfriend, but she escaped from prison and was later arrested in 2007.
