Rising Star: Meet Sharon Ezeamaka, The Young Nollywood Actress With Massive Talent And Heart For Women’s Rights

Young Nollywood actress Sharon Ezeamaka is from Enugu State. Sharon is a TV presenter, producer, model and once a child actress. She started her acting career from the tender age of 5. She was born on the 24th of October 1992 born and bred in Lagos.Sharon Ezeamaka

The curvy, talented script interpreter is one of Nollywood’s most gifted polyglot, she can speak English, Ibo, French and Spanish, you can throw in pidgin English if you want too. She’s acted in over 60 Nollywood movies, since her early introduction into the movie industry.

Sharon featured in her very first movie in 1997, “Narrow Escape”, as a child actress alongside Nollywood legend Pete Edochie. In 2000, Sharon Ezeamaka gained more fame after starring in the Nollywood blockbuster “Dear Mother” a tragic comedy movie that also starred Hilda Dokubo, Sharon won an award for her role in that movie as the Best Kid Actor at the Africa Movie Academy Awards AMAA.

She was popular as a child star along with other child stars like Williams Uchemba, Somadina Adinma, Regina Daniels, promise Odika, Ngozi Ezeonu and Kenneth Okonkwo.

Sharon’s biggest adult role till date comes in her role as Princess in the popular TV series “Shuga” produced by MTV base. She’s also acted in several other TV series like “The Johnsons” and “High School Musical Nigeria”.
