New reports about the murder of Abraham Badru, the Nigerian murdered in London has emerged.

According to the police in London, they are currently investigating claims that Badru, 26, was murdered for his effort to stop the gang-rape of a young lady many years ago. Ronke Alli, the mother of the deceased told police she believes in her heart Abraham was killed by people whom he testified against in 2009 when he was 14 years old. Abraham was awarded a bravery award back in 2009 for his effort in stopping the gang-rape and giving evidence against her attackers. Ronke told police her son was threatened by the culprits and his home. She said one time, his home was pelted with eggs. She said Abraham left London for a while but returned to look for a job. In 2016, he bumped into one of the attackers, who had been released from prison at a nightclub, prompting him to run for his life. she added that since then, he has been scared for his life.  Photo Credit: Various
