Human rights activist and lawyer, Femi Falana has said that the All Progressive Congress (APC) cannot remove senate president Bukola Saraki from his position without the required two-third majority of the entire members of the upper chamber of the Nigerian National Assembly.
He also justified the defection of Governors Abdulfatah Ahmed, Samuel Ortom and Aminu Tambuwal from APC to PDP. He added, “I have therefore, canvassed the argument that the defection of Tambuwal, Ortom and Ahmed from the APC to the PDP cannot be said to be illegal or unconstitutional.”
