Plane Crash Kills 5 In California

 5 people have been confirmed dead after a small plane crashed in a Southern California parking lot on Sunday. According to reports, the twin-engine Cessna plane crashed in Santa Ana. It was headed to John Wayne Airport in Orange County, said Capt. Tony Bommarito, the public information officer with Orange County Fire Authority.  He continued stating that there were no survivors on the airplane. The plane reportedly crashed a block away from South Coast Plaza, a large mall. No injuries were reported on the ground. Bommarito also said that the plane hit an unoccupied, parked vehicle on the ground. The vehicle owner was in a store at the time of the crash. The Federal Aviation Administration also revealed that the plane had declared an emergency before the incident and the agency has also revealed that the crash will be investigated.  Photo Credit: Getty
