Social Media Always Turns Father’s Day To Drama’s Day – Rude Boy

Paul Okoye, popular for his stage name Rude Boy a former member of the defunct music duo Psquare, took to his Twitter handle on Monday to express his displeasure at the rate of drama that always goes down on social media on Father’s Day. Rude Boy

He took it a step further complaining about all of the ills of social media, where he said when his children grow up and they ask him why are things the way they are he would tell them Social Media caused it because the place is a “War”.

Rude Boy defined social media as a place ” where people can freely insult their elders, where Father’s Day is been converted to Drama’s day, where family, marriage and relationship issues are been judged by the Amebo intelligent Centre (A.I.C) & the Association of Instagram commentators”.

Rude Boy tweeted:

“When I was growing up, I once asked my dad why is Nigeria like this? What happened? How did it get to this level…he said it was because of the WAR….. now am getting prepared to answer my kids when the time comes …and when they ask i will tell them is SOCIAL MEDIA”
