After jetting into Cleveland a few hours ago to check up on sister Khloe Kardashian who recently gave birth to her first child, True Thompson, Kim, Kourtney and Kendall are headed back home. The trio was seen boarding a private jet out of Cleveland after spending some quality time with Khloe, who is still holed up in her cheating partner’s home, after welcoming daughter True. 
Kim and her sister were dressed casually for the trip. Kim wore a white coat, paired with black baggy sweatpants and a pair of grey suede stilettos for her trip. See more photos below;
