Nigerians stranded in the UK due to the coronavirus pandemic have been returned back to Nigeria. The Nigerians arrived at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos on Friday about 01.43 pm.
Coronavirus: Nigerians Evacuated From UK Arrive In Lagos
Chairman, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, confirmed their arrival “The first evacuation from the Uk has landed in Lagos. The passengers will be proceeding to Abuja where they will be on 14-day compulsory isolation.” The chairman said the isolation period is as directed by the NCDC before they can be released to their families and the society.
