Garlic and Lemon: You will need 3 to 5 garlic cloves, 10 to 20 drops of lemon juice, 1 vitamin E capsule, transparent nail polish. First, peel the garlic and soak the cloves in some hot water for 15 – 20 minutes. After 20 mins, take them and crush them to form a fine paste. Mix the garlic paste and the powder from the vitamin E capsule. Add this mixture with the nail polish then add the lemon juice and stir until the ingredients are well mixed, then apply to the nails. This may be applied to the nails on a daily basis. Apply the mixture at night and peel off the next day to apply a new one. Do this frequently until you get the desired results.
Oils Soak: Soaking the nails in coconut oil, argan oil, vitamin E oil, tea tree oil and castor oil can help are very effective for healthy nails. Pour little bit of oil into a bowl and soak each hand for 10 minutes. Massage the oil into your nail beds and cuticles to get the blood circulating.
