Political activist Reno Omokri has reacted to photos of surrendered Boko Haram members seeking forgiveness from Nigerians. The Nigerian Army on Monday, released photos of the surrendered members carrying placards with inscriptions ”Nigerians Please Forgive Us” and said they were asking for forgiveness from the country after they surrendered.
Reno reacting to the photos asked that does it make no sense to ask Nigerians to forgive people who have killed innocent Nigerians when the Buhari government wants to prosecute Sunday Igboho for protecting the same innocent Nigerians. He further asked how many people Buhari himself forgiven stating that Buhari killed innocent peaceful #EndSARS protesters at #LekkiMassacre.
The activist said he wouldn’t forgive them seeing the hurt and pain they have caused Nigerians.
