Waje: There Is Really No Difference Between Nigerians And Their Horrible Leaders

Singer an songwriter, Waje has taken to social media to speak about the sheer hypocrisy often exhibited by many Nigerians.

Taking to Twitter, she said the lockdown has taught her an important lesson that Nigerians are no different from the leaders they speak badly abput everyday.
According to her, the reason why this is not yet visible is because Nigerians do not have political power, once they do, their true color will manifest.

She wrote May hypocrisy not kill us in the country. One thing I’ve learnt in this quarantine season is that We Nigerians are as horrible as the leaders we bash. It’s power we don’t have.
