Now there are a number of black presidents who have topped the list when it comes to millionaires and billionaires in the building. Upon becoming presidents in their various countries, their wealth increased. So here are the top 9 richest black presidents ;
Idriss Deby Itno was a Chadian politician who had a net worth of $50 million at the time of his death. He rose from just been a soldier to a high-ranking military officer, who gained the favor of his superiors. Idriss has served as President of Chad from 1990 until his death on April 20, 2021. Deby would have still been the president of Chad had he been alive today.
8. Isaias Afwerki ($180 million)
Isaias Afwerki is an Eritrean politician who left the university where was studying engineering to join the Eritrean People’s Liberation Front. This good deed earned him the favor of many citizens.
