Legendary Nigerian musician, 2Face Idibia has posed a very important question.
The very accomplished music star asked why sanitary pads are not made available for women to use in public toilets, for free.
2Face stated that if tissue paper are made available and free for all to use, sanitary pads should also be available and free.
