Despite the fact that he did not release any song this year, Legendary hip-hop singer, Puff Daddy, rose to the peak of the Forbes list of highest paid musicians in 2017.
Queen Bey rose to second position on the list, followed by “Portland” crooner, Drake. Sean John Combs (P.Diddy) made N46,800,000,000 in earnings over the past 12 months. Forbes reports that there are three reasons behind his huge financial rise. He sold one-third of his Sean John clothing line for an estimated N25,200,000,000, other reasons for his financial leap include his lucrative vodka partnership, and his Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour.
The list was topped by Taylor Swift last year. She however, fell to the 49th position this year despite the exclusive sale of her new album.
