Nollywood actress Bimbo Ademoye has promised give cash and kind donations to parents as school children will be staying of school as a measure to contain the Coronavirus.
Lagos State Government had ordered that both private and public nursery, primary and secondary schools in the State to shut down come Monday, 23rd March as a result of the outbreak of the deadly disease.
Taking to her Instagram page, Bimbo Ademoye noted that she will be giving out 20,000 naira to 5 parents each alongside a bottle of sanitizer. She then urged her colleagues and co-celebrities to jump on the good act to help people as many of the parents, especially the single ones did not see this coming. “I’d be glad if my some of my fellow celebrities can jump on this. 5 can turn to 20 ,20 can turn to 100. Pls let’s help the needy .Anyone wanna do this with me ? Nothing is too small pls. Whatever you give can put a smile on someone’s face“, she wrote.
