The Governor of Osun state, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, has made some shocking revelations on his salary since he became Osun state governor. According to him, he never received a dime as salary because he is satisfied with his free accommodation, health care and transportation.
Replying to a tweet by a social media user identified as AbdulRahman, Aregbesola wrote, “Dear AbdulRahman, You heard me correctly. I have not earned a dime in salary as Governor of Osun. I enjoy free accommodation, free transportation and free health care. What is the justification for earning a salary still?”
