Queen Elizabeth II Tests Positive To Coronavirus

Queen Elizabeth II of England has tested positive to the Coronavirus, a fews days after her son, the heir Prince Charles, the Prime Minister Boris Johnson and the State Health Secretary Matt Hancock all tested positive.
The news of her testing positive did not come as a surprise as she must have come in contact with either the PM or her son. Buckingham Palace confirmed her health status, revealing that she had held a face-to-face with Mr Johnson on Wednesday 11th March.Queen Elizabeth II Tests Positive To Coronavirus
The brief statement released by the Palace said, “HMQ has also tested positive and is currently self-isolating at Windsor Castle. The Queen came into contact with the PM on the 11th March and is following all the appropriate advice with regards to her welfare. We will be sharing constant updates of the Queen’s welfare with the public in good fate. That will be all for now“, Independent reports.

The Palace added that Queen Elizabeth’s health remains good and stable though she has shown mild symptoms. The servant, whose duties include taking drinks and meals to the queen, introducing guests, handing her letters and messages and walking her dogs, has reportedly been sent home for self-isolation.
