President Tinubu Visits New Office Of The National Security Adviser In Abuja

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Monday tasked security and intelligence agencies in the country on the importance of sharing information and intelligence among themselves, saying hoarding such resources could be counterproductive in the fight against terrorism.

He made this statement after undertaking a tour of the new Office of National Security Adviser and facilities at the National Counter Terrorism Centre (NCTC), in Abuja.

After the last visit, Wike told newsmen that the move was strictly to show support as a Nigerian, denying insinuations that he wants to defect to the APC.

The agenda for this visit is unclear but it may not be unconnected with the leadership of the 10th Assembly that will be inaugurated this month.
