One of Nigeria’s fastest rising and most talented Afro-soul singer, Stanley Omah Didia better known by his stage name Omah Lay, has finally gone to pick up his next rated award and car gift from The Headies’ the biggest music awards organisers in the country.
Omah Lay won the award ahead of Tems, Oxlade and Bella Shmurda at the 14th Headies award show on the 21st of February, 2021.

The Next Rated prize is the most controversial and highly coveted prize won by the ‘upcoming’ artists who have shown the most promise in the previous year.
The car gift was presented to Omah by the organizers of the award show and GAC Motors at HipTv, Ikeja.

“Next rated was a big plus for me. Shout out to The headies. My Growth so far has been something that I’m grateful for. I can’t explain it honestly, I can’t explain it. But still, I am grateful. I feel blessed, that’s basically everything I can say. And my people, my fans, they are everything. Honestly, my fans are everything,” he said.
