The remains of late Lady Uche Iyiegbu, the Odoziaku of Oba Kingdom and mother to Nigerian businessman and nightlife entrepreneur, Obi Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana has arrived church, dripping in gold.
Obi Cubana’s mom’s burial is the hottest gist in town since the funeral arrangements began, especially as Obi Cubana’s friends and associates came through with 346 cows, 72Â goats, 20 rams, alongside containers of drinks and money donations. Not only this, but the high influx of celebrities, politicians as well as businessmen in the Oba community of Anambra State.
Obi Cubana has been sharing videos, giving updates as the event progressed, right from the wake-keep till the after party and now, the church service. In the recent ones he shared, his mother’s body arrived the funeral amidst pomp and pageantry, in a gold casket. A band of horns and brass was seen playing, escorting her to a nicely dressed lying-in-state location, and then to the church where the service is currently holding at the time of this report.
