The Senior Pastor and founder of the Omega Fire Ministries Worldwide, Apostle Johnson Suleiman, has called for the protection of the Sokoto Diocese Bishop Matthew Bishop. The clergyman tells the government not to start something that could snowball into a major crisis.

Apostle Suleiman issued the warning on his Twitter page Wednesday morning December 30, where wrote that those who are planning to attack the catholic clergyman should desist from any of such a motive and should rather face armed terrorists and leave unarmed critics.
Controversies have trailed Bishop Kukah’s statement made on Christmas day December 25, where he accused President Muhammadu Buhari of Nepotism, religious biases and sacrificing Nigeria’s development, for the sake of the North’s continued hegemony of power. 
Apostle Suleiman tweeted
“Nothing must happen to Bishop Kukah, those who are planning it know what I am saying. Let’s not trigger what would snowball into more drama, leave unarmed critics and deal with armed terrorists. Don’t touch Bishop Kukah. When you touch God’s ministers, God would reply you.”
