Donald Trump’s most senior government lawyer has admitted Joe Biden won the presidential election fair and square.
US Attorney General Bill Barr said Tuesday: ‘To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election.’

Barr’s comment is likely to enrage Trump, who continues to insist he won this year’s election, but has not given any concrete proof to back-up his claims.
