New Mom Stabs Herself, 3 Kids To Death For Fear Of Having COVID-19

A new mom has stabbed her three kids to death and then herself out of fright that she has the dreaded COVID-19.
The 28-year-old mother whose identity was not disclosed was said to have hacked her children aged 5, 1 and 4 months old, to death at their home in Basud, Camarines Norte, Philippines.
A Facebook user has taken to the social networking site to advise men not to leave their wives to take care of their kids alone as postpartum depression is real. Aasht Ei shared pictures of the dead kids, saying men should provide adequate emotional support for their wives.
Giving an update, a Phillipines media outfit Pasada Rinconada revealed that the mother tried to commit suicide but survived and is currently admitted to the hospital. It also reported that the Police revealed that the mother admitted to the crime thinking she was infected with Covid-19, adding that she might be suffering Postpartum Depression.
