Nigerian author and activist Reno Omokri has sent out out some words of wisdom on the importance of one’s parents, saying no one can love like they do.
Taking to the streets of Twitter, Reno Omokri noted that people should never be ashamed of their source of birth, even if they do what the society consider dirty.Using Jesus Christ as a case study, he noted that friends and others will abandon one at the point of problems but one’s father and mother won’t. At His execution, His disciples abandoned Him. Those He healed abandoned Him. Nicodemus abandoned Him. But His mother was there throughout.”
