Nigerian talent manager and producer, Soso Soberekon, has expressed his thoughts on why some women continue to live in abusive marriages.
Soso, on his Instagram page on Wednesday, claimed that most women continue to live with their violent husbands because of the gifts they get after being abused.
He wrote, “A man who beats you in a relationship can kill you in marriage. But penis, sharwama, catfish pepper soup, nkwobi & goodies will not let you have sense.”

In other news, legendary artiste Iyanya has revealed that he is scared of getting married.
In a now viral interview, the 36-year-old musician said his fears about marriage stemmed from his childhood experiences.
“I like to say it has a joke to my friends that one day someone will come out and say you forgot your baby somewhere,” he said.

“To be real here, I pray to God for a beautiful home. It’s not easy because my experiences as a child have made it difficult for me to just settle for anything.
