American social media beauty influencer Nayamka Roberts-Smith, is a Los Angeles-based licensed aesthetician, and the creator of the “60-Second Rule” cleansing guideline.
Nayamka popularly known as Labeautyologist or Nai on social media, focuses on spreading essential skincare knowledge to women of colour – a demographic often neglected in the skincare/beauty industry.
Her “60-Second Rule” recommends we wash our faces for 60 seconds (not the usual 20 seconds) as it allows the ingredients within the product to successfully penetrate the skin and truly clean it. 
She is youtube skin-guru who’s been featured in magazines like Cosmopolitan and is the only aesthetician followed by Barack Obama.
