Kenyan musician, Michael Macharia Njiri, popularly known as DJ Brownskin was said to have encouraged and even recorded his wife while she took poison and died right before their children.
The video making the rounds on social media shows Sharon Njeri Mwangi, wife, and mother of DJ Brownskin’s children pouring a poisonous substance into a cup, gulping it down, and then throwing the cup toward her husband.

The said husband watched and goaded her as she cried and drooled in agony before everything goes blank. One of the couple’s children can also be seen attempting to help Mwangi but there was no remedy.
Sharon died in July last year. Posts from the Brownskin’s social media allege that the DJ proceeded to participate in the wife’s burial and posted messages that cast him as mourning.
“Your death left a gaping hole in my heart that I will fill with the love we shared,” he allegedly posted after his wife’s death.

The video showing her last moments did not surface until April 2 and since then has been generating a hot reaction.
Kenyans have taken to Twitter to call out DJ Brownskin while telling him that he had the mind to attend his wife’s burial after standing by and doing nothing while she consumes poison.
