Nigerian Spiritual leader and founder of One Love Family, Sat Guru Maharaj Ji, has said he is the spiritual father of Yoruba Nation agitator, Chief Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, and people should be careful what they say about him.
Sat Guru Maharaj Ji said this in an exclusive interview with SaharaReporters, mentioning the incident that made him love Sunday Igboho. Describing himself as the spiritual father of Igboho, Maharaj Ji said the Yoruba agitator can’t be compared with Nnamdi Kanu who tells people to fight.
Stating that everyone has the right to present themselves and make calls for things, Sat Guru Maharaj Ji added that though one can’t be sure if Nnamdi Kanu’s boys are the ones causing havoc but he is not to be compared to Sunday Igboho. Stating the difference, he stated that Kanu instigates wars and killings but Sunday Igboho stopped the killings in Ibarapa. This, according to him, was how the activist won his love.

“Nnamdi Kanu who has a radio station telling people to fight and fight. Everybody has right to present themselves, you can’t compare Ighoho with Nnamdi Kanu who has a radio station telling the people to fight and fight, even though we can’t be sure it is the Kanu’s boys who go about burning down police stations everywhere for any reason or so ever. Sunday Igboho stopped the K*llings going on in Ibarapa, that was how he won my love. I supported him in that area, he stopped those doing evil”, he said.
