Bashir El-Rufai, son of Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has said that he will climb Zuma rock and Aso Rock to paint the words ”Bashir El-Rufai is a goat”, if Labour party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, wins the 2023 Presidential election.
Bashir stated this during an exchange with a Twitter user.
