Following the death of her daughter Uwaila Omozuwa, Elder Johnson Omozuwa has revealed that he has been receiving death threats from an unknown caller.
This is coming whilst the whole of Nigerians rose in support, demanding justice for Uwa, who was raped and killed inside their church at Benin, and after the Police confirmed the arrest of two suspects related to the case.Elder Johnson made this known to the National Union of Benin Students NUBS while hosting the union’s delegates led by its President, Iguma Itohan at his residence. Elder Johnson noted that he had received a call on Friday morning before the NUBS’ arrival, threatened to withdraw the case or lose his life too. With the information garnered, the NUBS, released a statement on the visitation, giving details of the points and topics discussed with Elder Johnson Omozuwa, most importantly of how the police had shut him out of the case.
