I Am Where I Am Today Because Of My Faults – Pastor Adeboye Says As He Clocks 79

The hosts of the earth have joined the Hosts of Heaven to celebrate Pastor Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God as he clocked 79 years today, and he in turn, has sent out some words to his advisers and critics.
In a series of tweets he sent out for the Solemn Assembly Service Morning session, Pastor Adeboye spoke on the need for making good choices.
“God will deliberately provide helpers. He will deliberately place some people along your path if you can recognize them. Are you young? Congratulations, you are strong. Proverbs 20:29 Use your strength to your advantage. Are you old? Switch to wisdom. Job 32:7 If you can’t do certain things by strength any more, do it by wisdom. Wisdom is better than strength. Cooperate with the youths, guide them. Tell them what to do. Genesis 14:14-15 The heights by great men reached and kept were not attained by sudden flight but they, while their companions slept were toiling upwards in the night.”

Using himself as a case study, Pastor Adeboye noted that he is where is his today because of his own faults. He then told critics and advisers that they do not have an excuse for their failure. According to him, if one fails, one fails ones self and not others. He then stated t “Advisers, critics! You have no excuse. If you fail, you fail yourself. Only failures give excuses.
