Ramon Abbas Igbalode “Hushpuppi was arrested June 18th by the Dubai Police in Operation Fox Hunt, but his lawyer Gal Pissetzky has disputed all of the allegations against the Hushpuppi saying he is a legitimate businessman who had interests in real-estate and alike.

Pissetzky while speaking with the BBC said his client isn’t a citizen of the US and so the FBI lack the authority to extradite him from Dubai to the US and so the act of Hushpuppi being arrested and taken into custody pending his trial at a US prison is an act of Kidnapping.Hushpuppi

In Pissetzky words, He said during the interview;

“In my opinion, the FBI and the government here acted illegally when they kidnapped him from Dubai without any legal process to do so.
“There was no extradition, there were no legal steps taken, there were no court documents filed, it was simply a call to the FBI. He is not a citizen of the United States, the US had absolutely no authority to take him.”
