Barely 24 hours after Meek Mill held a meeting with popular American civil right activist, Al Sharpton, to discuss his plans to end injustice in American prisons, the Pennsylvania Superior court has ordered the Judge that sentenced him to jail (Judge G.Brinkley) to grant him a bail hearing for the harsh sentencing.
The order was given on Monday after his lawyer, Joe Tacopina, accused Judge Genece Brinkley of holding up their appeal proceedings by failing to respond to any of their recent motions, in his appeal to the Pennsylvania Superior court.
In response to Joe’s appeal, the superior court ordered Judge Brinkley to begin the hearing for Meek Mill’s motion for bail immediately.
