Afrobeats star, Davido has shared the receipt of the donation he made to orphanage homes across the country.
He shared the receipt of 300 million naira in response to a man who criticized his plans to make the donation.

Recall that Davido had posted on his media page:
“I and my foundation pledge the sum of 300 million Naira to orphanages around Nigeria … as my yearly contribution to the Nation ❤️ .. details of disbursement tomorrow.”
Barely 24 hours after the post, a Nigerian man quoted the singer’s statement, saying, “This dude reminds me of that movie ‘She must be obeyed.’ Oju Aiye sha.”

Not long after, the singer quoted the critic’s statement with a screenshot as evidence that he indeed fulfilled his pledge to the orphanage homes. He wrote:
“FOUNDATION ACCOUNT CREDITED…. More details to follow soon.”
