Former governor of Ekiti state Ayo Fayose has called for the investigation of the sacked service chiefs by the International Crime Court (ICC) for the extrajudicial killings and abuse of human right that happened under their watch. The politician took to his Twitter page to share this earlier today.
The former governor mentioned that the former service chiefs never served Nigeria but their pocket as Nigeria became extremely insecure during their tenure. He called on the new service chiefs to learn from their predecessors and realize that nothing lasts forever. Fayose further mentioned that the sack of the former service chief came quite late but it is a victory for the Nigerian people.

The president earlier today announced the sack of the former service chiefs and announced the appointment of new ones with immediate effect. The announcement comes after several outcries by the public.
