Pop star Pink has angrily lashed out at cruel trolls who commented on her two-year-old son Jameson’s penis, branding them “f*ing disgusting”.
The 39-year-old singer was left enraged when her followers analysed whether or not she had circumcised her son when she shared a photo of him after he took off his swimming nappy. In the original snap, Pink, Jameson, and her seven-year-old daughter Willow are interacting with a pelican on holiday. Pink is wearing sunglasses, a white sundress and gold hoop earrings with her hair wrapped up in a patterned scarf, and Jameson is wearing just a white T-shirt – with his penis barely visible above the star’s tattooed arm. The singer captioned the snap: “Our new pet pelican. We named him Pelle.” Just hours later she deleted the original picture, reposting with a black scribble censoring Jameson’s genitals.
Alongside the post, the mother-of-two wrote: “There’s something seriously wrong with a lot of you out there. Going off about my baby’s penis? About circumcision??? Are you for real? As any normal mother at the beach, I didn’t even notice he took off his swim diaper. I deleted it because you’re all f*ing disgusting. And now I’m turning off my comments and shaking my head at the state of social media and keyboard warriors, and the negativity that you bring to other people’s lives. There is something seriously wrong with a lot of you out there. Smfh. Here’s a picture of the pelican we obviously caught and abused for hours before dangling baby penis in its face.” Pink’s fans flocked to support her, with one tweeting: “I saw your message on Instagram. I saw the original photo before the updated one. I didn’t even notice your son wasn’t wearing pants. “I avoid comments because of stupid people. You have two beautiful kids and are a wonderful mother to them. F* people.” Another wrote: “I hope you are ok and pleeease forget about the negative comments, people are terrible but you are not, you are an amazing human being and I love you!” Earlier today, Pink also shared a photo of herself and her children, who she shares with husband Carey Hart, relaxing on a boot. Grinning in a sun hat and a black bikini with a drink in hand, the star has her arm around her daughter – who is also beaming – with Jameson in full swimwear as he relaxes between her legs. The singer simply captioned the photo with a heart emoji.
