Aston Villa midfielder Douglas Luiz has taken to Instagram to announce his relationship with women’s player Alisha Lehmann.
The pair posted the same picture of them kissing with the caption: ‘I love you’.

Lehamnn, 23, plays as a forward for the women’s team and is also a Switzerland international. She joined Villa last summer from West Ham.

She was previously in a relationship with Chelsea women’s player Ramona Bachmann, who also plays for the Switzerland team.
They were even featured in a TVdocumentary together in 2019 and spoke about the dynamic of playing for rival teams in the same league.
Speaking ahead of West Ham playing Chelsea, Lehmann said: ‘She is really, really good, technical and fast. I am a little bit nervous but I think it will be a good game. If she scores I will feel really bad!’
Luiz, also 23, has been a Villa player since 2019 and is a Brazil international.
He has been the subject of a £30m bid from an unnamed Premier League club which has been rejected.
Villa are set to enter talks with him regarding a new contract, with The Telegraph saying he is rated very highly by manager Steven Gerrard.

He has started the last nine Villa matches under Gerrard, who took over as manager in November.
Villa are currently 11th in the Premier League table with 26 points from 21 games and were 16th when Gerrard took over – just two points above the relegation zone.
They return to action on February 9, at home to Leeds.
