The fashion world is mourning as popular fashion designer, Kate Spade has been found. Spade was found dead in her New York apartment. The popular designer, shot to the limelight with her line of eponymous purses, is believed to have taken her own life. The designer who made news again after she edited fashion magazine Mademoiselle – was popular as a designer of clothes, shoes, and jewellery, 
but was best known for her accessory line. Spade, 55, whose body as discovered by her housekeeper, left a note behind before hanging herself. She is survived by her husband Andy, who is the brother of actor David Spade, and her 13-year-old daughter Frances.  Photo Credit: Getty
