British singer Elton John stormed off stage during a performance in Las Vegas when a fan kept grabbing at him during his show on Thursday night.
The yet to be identified fan, caused Elton to go into an x-rated rant on the microphone before he walked away from the stage. As part of the performance for Saturday Night’s Alright (For Fighting), a series of fans were given the once in a lifetime opportunity to join the star on stage.
However, according to The Mirror, one fan couldn’t stop trying to touch the star, and despite Elton telling him to stop, he continued. Eventually, Elton had enough and after telling the person involved to “f*** off” away from the microphone, he took his issue public.The stunned audience then watched as Elton left the stage, and the crowd that had been invited were escorted back to their seats. The fan in question was escorted from the premises following the incident. His band continued to perform without him and eventually returned to the stage once the crowd had cleared.
However, he announced: “No more coming on stage during Saturday Night. You f***ed it up.” Elton then continued his show at The Colusseum without a hitch, performing his hit singles including Lion King’s The Circle of Life.
