Everton 0-0 Chelsea: Stubborn Toffees Dampen Chelsea’s Title Dreams

A resilient Everton defense stood tall in the face of numerous attacks by Antonio Conte’s fleet and at the end, Allardyce extended his unbeaten run as the new manager of Everton at the expense of Chelsea’s title dreams.
Chelsea started the game on a good note, with swift passes and crosses from Hazard, Moses and Pedro. But the absence of Alvaro Morata was much evident when Chelsea tried to score.
Jordan Pickford had to make a series of man-of-the-match saves to deny Chelsea a much deserved goal, and at the end, his efforts was not in vain as Everton recorded their first point against Chelsea since Antonio Contre took charge of the Blues.
Chelsea are now 13 points behind Manchester City, with 12 wins, 3 draws and 4 defeats in 19 matches.
