Singer Joshua Iniyezo aka Solid Star has recounted the dangers that drug abuse cost him.
In an Instagram post, the singer said his addiction to crystal ice, pills and cigarettes had almost cost him his life.
He advised those struggling with the habit to either stop or reduce it.
He said: “I almost lost my life because of ice, pills and cigarettes #stopdrugs. If you can’t stop them all, smoke Igbo”
Solid Star is not the only celebrity struck by the drug pandemic. Legendary reggae artiste Majek Fashek also lost his life, due to the excessive intake of cocaine, and all manner of drugs.

The man roamed around in dirty clothes, barefoot while talking aloud and gesticulating like any mentally unstable person would.
The individual recording the video expressed surprise claiming Hanks Anuku has gone mad while he warned viewers to stay away from drugs; alleging it was the cause of the actor’s madness.

The video has continued to elicit diverse reactions from social media users with many expressing sympathy for the actor.
