The Lagos State Governor, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu earlier today took to his Twitter handle to warn Nigerians against the threats the deadly COVID-19 virus carries. 
The Governor in his post advised to please adhere with the safety guidelines of of COVID-19 so as to safegaurd their friends and loved ones and protect them from the dangers and havoc the disease pose if people continue to threat it like a hoax. 
The Gv Sanwo-Olu wrote in his tweet that the disease is not glamorous one that one affects the rich and neither is it a hoax. But he went to use the opportunity to announce some good news of the state activating a new oxygen plant that will help provide the much needed Oxygen supplies for COVID-19 patients.
The Gov noted that the new Oxygen plant will supply thereabout 300 cylinders daily, 6 per hour.
He stated this on his Twitter handle this morning. His tweets read;
”Lagosians, #COVID19 is not a glamorous disease, neither is it a hoax. You need to follow the safety guidelines to safeguard your friends and loved ones. In the midst of increasing #COVID19 cases, we have some good news from our Infectious Diseases Hospital.
We have activated a new oxygen plant which will help by providing much needed oxygen to patients. The plant will supplement oxygen supply to about 300 cylinders per day and 6 cylinders per hour. We are working to ensure patients receive the best care at our state facilities.
