Coronavirus: Bauchi Emir Cancels Sallah Durbar

Due to the coronavirus and in a bid to reduce the spread, the Emir of Bauchi, Alhaji Rilwan Sulaiman, has canceled the annual durbar by royal horsemen, popularly known as “hawan daushe”, in Bauchi.

BauchiThe Emir said that this was to curb the spread of the virus in the state.

“We will do everything possible to see that we stop the spread of the virus in our society.
