Our Throwback today takes us to the city of Lagos, the most populous and major financial centre in Nigeria. This city has gone through remarkable changes over the years; below are 5 places in the state where these changes are most evident:
1. Oshodi
Oshodi was one of the most crowdy place in Lagos, but today it has totally changed from what it used to be to a more beautiful view.
2. Ikorodu Road
With the advent of BRT, Ikorodu road has become one of the best places to live in Lagos with its cheap and comfy transportation.
3. Ojodu Berger
The new Governor of Lagos State, Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, has turned Ojodu Begger to a very impressive area where everyone will surely want to go.
4. Lagos Island
Many celebrities in Nigeria resides around Lagos Island as it’s one of the most appealing area in Lagos due to its new amazing views.
5. Tejuosho, Yaba
This area is the centre of trade in Lagos State. It has totally changed from a mere market to an ultramodern market.
