A couple, Daniella Hirst, 29, and Craig Smith, 31, who were caught having sex in a Dominos pizza shop have been sentenced to 12-month community service.
After pleading guilty to charges of outraging public decency, they were sentenced to compulsory rehabilitation and community service barely a week after judges told them that their offense was serious enough to send them to jail.
In addition to their punishment, the couple must observe a curfew order between 7pm and 7am for 23 weeks while wearing an electronic tag. The wife, Daniella Hirst, was mandated to undergo rehabilitation activity for 10 days, while her boyfriend got 15-days rehabilitation service and 9 days of unpaid work.
The couple was caught having sex in a Domino’s pizza shop in Scarborough, while staff worked on the other side of the counter.
