For the Second time in four years, Bill Cosby’s Hollywood walk of fame star< has been Vandalized with accusatory words which reads “Serial Rapist” written on it.  
According to the Los Angeles police department, they got the vandalism report on Tuesday, September 4 but they can’t tell when the damage was done.
Cosby was found guilty of raping a certain Andrea Constand at his home in 2004. Although Constand’s charges are the only ones that have resulted in Criminal Charges.  
Dozens of other women have also accused Bill of sexual assault and more investigations are still Underway while he awaits Sentence on September 24.
