My brother’s girlfriend is very beautiful and spends a lot of time at our house. I’ve started to lust over her and it’s freaking me out. I’m a year older than my brother and we’ve always been close. I’m 28 and he’s 25. She’s 27, too, and it was me who suggested he ask her out.
She is stunning, confident, dresses well and comes from a great family. I’d have asked her out myself if I didn’t have a girlfriend myself. At first I was pleased for them but then I started to think she was using him. I felt very hostile towards her but I’m over that. Believe it or not, you are in control of your thoughts – not the other way round. Make up your mind to stop thinking of her and focus on your girlfriend instead.
