The queen of soul music, Asa, is back with her new 14-tracked album LUCID, 5years after she released Bed of Stone which also had 14 tracks.
The Nigerian-French singer and songwriter shared the tales of hurts and heartbreak and self-empowerment which comes with the hurts. In her caption, she hoped that the listeners find themselves in the song, revealing that the third track ‘Good Thing‘ perfectly explains her state of heart. The track has her speaking of being too tired of waiting for love and how she is not afraid of being alone.
She further revealed that she has always given love but is never lucky with love. This she also revealed in ‘How Did Love Find Me?’, a beautful track from her 3rd ablum Bed Of Stone, which was released in 2014.
Sharing a video in which she performed one of the new tracks live, she wrote, “LUCID. I have looked forward to sharing this with you for sometime now but I wanted it to be special, that much I owe you.
