International actor, Johnny Ortiz has been charged with attempted murder over ‘premeditated street gang hit’.
The actor is currently behind bars and accused of attempted murder.
According to legal documents, gotten by TMZ, Johnny Ortiz and another individual, Armando Miguel Navarro, allegedly tried to kill a man named Brian Duke.
The documents writes that the alleged attempted murder was “for the benefit of, at the direction of, and in association with a criminal street gang, with the specific intent to promote, further and assist in criminal conduct by gang members.”

The actor has been in Jail since mail, with his bail currently set at $1,120,000.
The actor starred in the 2015 movie, McFarland USA with Kevin Costner and was also in the movie, Ali which starred Jamie Foxx and Will Smith.
